The Time Management face-to-face training programme is designed as a soft skills training programme for new hires at RedApple Apparel Company. This is an instructor-led training programme conducted at the company premises.
The company also use such programs from time to time for all employees to improve their productivity of the employees.

Audience
New hires and existing employees at RedApple Apparel Company.
Most of the new employees are young adults who are just passed out from high school. Some of them have working experience in a fast-paced corporate world with part-time work, however, some of them are fresh to a corporate world without any experience.
Depending on the position, new hires may include adults also who are selected for managerial positions.
The company has a combination of young adults and adults in its workforce.

Overview
Ice-breaker
The module is designed to start with a famous time management ice breaker. It is used to convince the fact that each and everyone has a different perception about the time and people need to manage the time according to their needs and expected values.

Pre-requisites:
Cover all the clocks in the training room.
Activity:
Ask the participants to remove their watches and phones, then stand up. Have their eyes shut. Start a minute when the instructor rings the bell and stand up when a minute has passed.
Notes:
Discuss that each of us experiences time differently. Some will perceive 60 seconds as longer than it is, others as shorter. Having the knowledge of your own perception can lead you to better estimate how much time activity or project might take.

Demonstration activity:
Different activities and games are included in the presentation to make it interactive and fun while learning about time management. This is another famous activity which proves the importance of being organized.

Pre-requisites:
This one requires two sets of cards.
Activity:
Organize one deck of cards in order of aces to kings in the correct suits and all facing the same direction. Take the other deck and mix it all up. Have some cards facing forward and some backward. Gather everyone into a group and pick two volunteers.
Give one volunteer the organized deck, and the other volunteer the chaotic deck.
Have them race to find the ace of spades.

It should come as no surprise that the person with the organized deck almost always finds it much faster. The one with the mixed-up deck might get frustrated or complain that it’s not fair, further emphasizing how good organization skills are related to time management.
Participating in polls using Mentimeter
In addition, two polls are included using Mentimeter. Here the users can log into Mentimeter and participate in the pre-prepared poll. The Mentimeter shows the summary of the poll in real-time. This is a fantastic web tool to conduct polls and keep the audience active and engaged.

Two explainer videos are included in the presentation to better clarify the Eisenhower matrix and Pomodoro technique
